Kabul (BNA) The Deputy Information and Culture Minister on Cultural Affairs, Sayed Musaddiq Khalili said on Sunday that the art of theatre is moving towards brightness in the country.
He made the remarks in appreciation letters’ giving ceremony for those who displayed talent at 8th theatre festival. Thanking Goethe-Institute, Agha Khan’s cultural foundation, Radio Television of Afghanistan (RTA) and Bakhtar News Agency (BNA) for their cooperation, Khalili said that the eight theatre festival was held after a span of some four years wherein 18 stage shows had been displayed. Chief of National Theatre, Abdul Ghafor Shariati in his speech thanked all the artists played role in the show. Khalili also distributed appreciation letters to those artists and journalists of RTA and BNA who demonstrated their talents.
