A message has been dispatched addressed to Prince Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarek al-Sabah congratulating him on his election as Prime Minister of Kuwait.
The messages notes that “Please allow me on behalf of people of Afghanistan convey my best wishes on your election as the Prime Minister of Kuwait. I am sure that owing to the knowledge and experience you possess you will successfully accomplish this mission. I hope that existing friendly relations between our countries would further consolidate, I wish you good health and further successes for the brother people of Kuwait” the message pointed out.
