Pakistan To Work For Chinese Workers Security In Afghanistan

Kabul (BNA) Pakistani Prime Minister, Nawaz Sharif in his visit to China said his government would work for the Chinese workers’ security in the war-torn country, a move expected to have apparently been emerged from the consequences of President Ashraf Ghani’s tour to China lately.
Sharif also said Islamabad would jointly work and stay alongside China to help Afghanistan reach peace and security, according to Bakthar News Agency which added the Pakistani prime minister’s visit to China comes after less than two weeks of President Ghani’s peace and trade tour to Beijing.
Beijing also pledged to use its influence on Islamabad in the Afghan peace talks, as according to the authorities, relations between Afghanistan and Pakistan was too important and China would take practical steps to pave the way for the two nations to reach good relations. China had also said it would provide some 1.5 billion gratuitous Chinese Yuan for Afghanistan for the next 3 years. The Pakistani’s Sharif’s tour to China could be the neighboring country’s optimism for cooperation with Afghanistan, where Chinese companies are investing.
