Kabul (BNA) Three Taliban mine planters were killed by shelling of Afghan security forces in Dehroad District, Urozgan province this morning.
ANA top commander in south of the country told BNA, three Taliban mine planters wanted to plant a mine and organize a deadly event to civilians , not succeeded to their evil goals.
Taliban in Afghanistan mostly plant bombs and mines on busy roads of the province which victimized innocent civilians.
Another report says that a series of blasts were prevented in Urozgan province.
Security officials discovered and defused six mines from different parts of the province and prevented from deadly incident.
No one has been detained in connection of the case.
Likewise, two weapons caches of Taliban were discovered in Urozgan province.
The caches were kept in hideouts of Taliban in Charcheno district and suburb of Trenkoit city.
According to security official of Urozgan, tens of heavy and light weapons like hand mines and explosives were also seized from the caches.
