Sunday, January 14, 2018 Kabul (BNA) Pentagon recently announces that for strengthening its military presence sends more than one thousand military and non – military advisers and drones and military equipment to Afghanistan. BNA military affairs analyst commenting on the issue writes US defense ministry has announced that for strengthening its military presence in Afghanistan sends more people with new military equipment including drone airplanes. US taking measures for dispatching more people as advisors to Afghanistan in a time, that country are facing new security threats and the destructive activities of terrorists and extremists groups have emerged as a major challenge for stability of Afghanistan and in the region. In addition regional rivalries in Afghanistan have changed Afghanistan in to a dangerous country in the region. At peak of such developments Pentagon decided to crease its forces in Afghanistan, while US within the frame of Resolute Mission led by NATO has the highest number of troops in the country. Afghan people welcome the useful presence of foreign countries in their country but insist that the presence should have a clear and constructive definition. Afghanistan has been the scene of foreign countries military presence for 16 years. The military alliance of international forces leads by US came to Afghanistan to fight terrorism but unfortunately still the crisis in the country and terrorists are active and Afghan people are the main victims of this long-lasting imposed war. Afghan people insist on constructive military presence of foreign countries to lead to peace and elimination of terrorism and extremism. They ask if the increase of foreign troops not lead to peace and tranquility of suffering people what would be the use of it. Afghans complaint that the foreign countries instead of launching a true war against terrorist and extremist groups, they have launched a proxy war here to achieve their own interests. Some Afghan people believe US is seeking to achieve its own interests not restoring peace and stability in Afghanistan. They say, US has recently decided to increase its forces and military equipment in Afghanistan, then why did announce the end of war in 2014 and withdrew its thousands of troops and military equipment from Afghanistan? Wasn’t that a decision in hurry? Afghan people asks the US and the relevant authorities of Afghan government to practically prove that the aim of Americans military presence is fighting and elimination of terrorism and restoration of peace and stability in to Afghanistan and ending the world’s concerns from the danger of that notorious phenomenon.
