Kabul (BNA) President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani received the credentials of the US new ambassador to Afghanistan Peter Michael McKinley at the Presidential Palace on Tuesday.
In a ceremony also attended by acting Foreign Minister Atiqullah Atifmal, matters pertaining bilateral relations between US and Afghanistan was also discussed. The new ambassador pledged to spare no efforts in further enhancing relations between the two countries during his mission.
