Kabul (BNA) The message notes “I was informed with regret the shocking martyrdom of Mohammad Rasul Muhseni chairman of the provincial council of Baghlan province and 14 other innocent countrymen in the province. Hereby, I strongly condemn this barbaric crime of the enemies’ of tranquility and peace of the people of Afghanistan and convey my deepest sympathies to the family of late Muhseni and the families of other martyrs of this sorrowful incident and to the entire noble people of Baghlan province and pray for the souls of Muhseni and other martyrs and ask patience for the bereaved families from the court of Allah.
Shaheed Mohammad Rasul Muhseni has served for insuring peace and stability in the country and for tranquility for his people.
His efforts for restoration of security in Baghlan instigated the enemies of peace and security of this country to carry out this cowardly suicide attack on the life of this patriotic man.
The enemies of the country cannot prevent afghan nation from implementing plans for restoration of peace and development of the country as a whole by conducting such evil acts.
I wish immediate recovery for the wounded of this incident.
