Kabul (BNA) Pakistani army chief arrived Kabul yesterday aiming to revive peace negotiations between Islamic Republic of Afghanistan and armed oppositions.
BNA political analyst commenting the issue writes   General Raheel Sharif the Pakistan chief of army arrived Kabul yesterday. Reviving peace negotiations between Afghanistan and Taliban and strengthening bilateral ties between the two countries are at the top of his talks with Afghan authorities.
Afghanistan and Pakistan relation due to Pakistan’s support from Afghan armed oppositions and lack of the same definition of terrorism by Pakistan is been tense so far. However, the recent visit of president Ghani to Islamabad and his participation at Conference of Heart of Asia that focused on peace in Afghanistan, blow a fresh breathe in relation between the two countries. Therefore, the authorities of the two countries hope the visit of Mr. Raheel will remove most of the obstacles on the way of ensuring good and friendly relation between Kabul and Islamabad.  The widely hopes for General visit to Kabul originated from the fact that the militarists is high hand in political even in economic affairs of Pakistan and they say the last word in every decision making.
Previously, Mr. Raheel also visited Kabul many times and expressed the slogans of improving relation between the two countries but had not any constructive result.
The political experts believe that previously Pakistan has obtained unilateral benefit from their authorities visit to Kabul. Now the Afghan leadership insists on the issue that Mr. Sharif should to do away with dreams that Pakistan would gain unilateral benefit once again. He should be aware from the situation of the region and the consequences what he says during the negations with Afghan authorities. Presently, Taliban has divided many groups can one talk about peace in this situation while ostensibly the Taliban’s affairs earlier ran by a single source showed no any interest in peace talks. They ask wither General Sharif and his affiliated circles have the capability to organize the divided groups and bring them to negotiation table.
The political elites believe currently, the structural formation of Taliban in very complicated and they would be no capable to come to negotiation table to represent the all divided groups of insurgents.
It has expected, the visit of General Sharif not be just an expository and sinister and the Afghan authorities considering the sensitivity of the situation let not the agenda of the talks to digress and should focus only on the main issues.
It should note that Pakistan is seeking to obtain privileges for a certain Taliban faction, but peace with Taliban will success,  when Taliban rid of the influence of the foreigners and represent an Afghan identity and safeguard the national values of the country.
