Five Armed Rebels Killed

Kabul (BNA) Five armed insurgents killed during the operations conducted by Afghan National Army (ANA) forces in Ghor and Paktia provinces.
The defense ministry press office reported BNA, ANA forces launching clearing operations in relevant areas of Ghor and Paktia provinces, aimed bringing peace and stability in the regions, killed five armed rebels and wounded six others.
An amount of weapons and ammunitions were captured in the operations.
Also ANA forces discovered and defused 23 anti-vehicle mines from different parts of the country.
According to another report, two armed Taliban killed and another injured, in a clash with Afghan security forces in Ghazni province.
Abdullah Khairkhwa governor district of Gerou of Ghazni province said BNA, the clash took place in Gerou district in which two rebels killed and another wounded.
The source added, during the clash a rocket hit a residential house in which a child wounded. The health condition of the child reported critical.
It has been said there were no casualties among security forces.
