Kabul (BNA) Presiding the meeting of national committee on transport here yesterday, Ahmad Zia Massoud the Special Envoy of President on Reforms and Good Governance warned the owners of townships in Kabul to construct the drainage system within a month.
Speaking in the meeting, head of 17th precinct said that 25 residential townships are in Kabul which has no clinics and recreation parks. However, owners of the townships complained in the meeting that the municipality besides receiving 4 percent of the sale price does not provide any services. In the meeting matters relating greenery of Kabul city, design of terminals at Kabul gates and bus stations were discussed and a technical plan presented in this regard.
