Kabul (BNA) At least 10 insurgents including their notorious commander were killed in two military operations conducted by Afghan security forces in Helmand province.
Ministry of National Defense press office reported BNA, the operations launched in different parts of Garashk and Nawa districts of Helmand province in which 10 Taliban militants including their top notorious commander were killed and several other insurgents arrested.
According to another report, Afghan National Army forces carry out a clearing operation under the name of “Shaheen 15” in relevant areas of Khanabad district, Kunduz province, as a result 4 rebels were killed and 3 others were injured following the operations.
Some weapons, ammunitions and war equipment have been seized during the operations by Afghans security forces.
Also Afghan National Army forces discovered and neutralized 50 round of anti-vehicle mines, which recently placed by enemies of Afghanistan for destructive and bloodiest activities in across the country.
