Kabul (BNA) The construction work of a water dam completed and put into exploitation in Samangan province.
The dam has been constructed from development budget of irrigation and agriculture
Engineer Aslam Dana the head of agriculture and husbandry department of Samangan province said BNA, the dam with 18 meter length and 9 meter width, can settle the problem of shortage of water in more than 2000 jirbs of agricultural land and the residents of five villages of Khoram Sarbagh district.
Hafizullah Muradi governor of Khoram Sarbagh district called the construction of the dam useful in solving problems of people.
