Kabul (BNA) The Youth Affairs Directorate (YAD) of the Ministry of Information and Culture (MoIC) hereby informs all those who want to get enrollment in the higher and semi-higher educational centers and health institute that the YAD has renewed its cooperation agreements with some private educational centers.
Therefore, YAD is informing the youths to approach YAD with two passport size photos and copy of Tazkira as soon as possible.
