Mahmood Raqi (BNA) A tribal elder of Tagab district of Kapisa province was killed by unknown men today.
Asadullah Hamidi spokesman of Kapisa police said to BNA, Malik Jamal Abdul Nasir a tribal influential of Jalokhail of Tagab district while going to his home was killed by unknown men.
The detail of this case had not cleared and search operation has been started for arresting culprits of this event.
In another event, three armed Taliban were joined to police forces in Tagab district.
Hamidi said, these militias previously had activity against government were joined with their hand arms to police forces in that province
