Kabul (BNA) The national income compared to 9 months of last year has increased to Afs 15 billion, said Aziz Shams a spokesperson of finance ministry.
He added that the income for the nine months shows Afs 71.4 billion Compared to the same period of last year which was Afs 57.7 billion.
The income is derived from custom taxes, income taxes received from the government ministries and departments.
He attributed the increase to the implementation of laws, amendment in some sections of laws, created facilities, system of internet in custom houses, transparency, struggle against corruption, upgrading of working capacities in the government departments and realization of the government ranks system.
