Kabul (BNA) Foreign Minister Mohammad Haneef Atmar met with President of the Clingendael Institute for International Relations during his visit of Netherlands, a MoFA statement said yesterday.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs thanked and appreciated the cooperation of the Institute in organizing training programs for Afghan diplomats at various levels. FM Atmar called for more cooperation in providing online and teacher education programs.
The Institute president mentioned his plans for foreign diplomats, adding that their institute also has training programs on negotiation and strategic planning.
