KABUL (BNA) Mawlawi Amir Khan Muttaqi, the acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of Afghanistan, leading a level delegation left for Turkey at the invitation of Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu, today.
The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan Foreign ministry said in a press release that the visit had made at the official invitation of Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu
According to reports, Acting Foreign Minister Mawlawi Amir Khan Muttaqi is scheduled to attend the “Antalya Diplomatic” Assembly during his visit to Turkey and delivering speech on current situation of Afghanistan.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs says Mawlawi Excellency Muttaqi will also hold talks with delegations from different countries who attend the Antalya summit.
The Forum is to be convened from March 11 to 13 entitled “Redefining Diplomacy” with a speech by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan
The meeting will last for two days and foreign ministers and representatives of participating countries will address various issues.
