KABUL (BNA) Acting Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi, on his visit to Doha, met with the head of the German Embassy to Afghanistan Stefan Schneck on Sunday.
Bacterial ties, cooperation, humanitarian aid to the people of Afghanistan, and boosting diplomatic relations were taken to discussion between sides, said spokesperson Qahar Balkhi.
Foreign Minister Muttaqi, called interaction world community important, and hoped to further strengthen diplomatic ties with the world countries, quoting Balkhi.
The designated German ambassador to Afghanistan said that his country is striving to resume its assistance to the people of Afghanistan.
Heading a high-rank delegation Foreign Minister Muttaqi, earlier traveled to Doha to discuss with the US and European representatives and diplomats the release of frozen assets of Afghanistan, boosting ties and attracting international aid for the earthquake victims of Paktika and Khost provinces.
In a meeting in Doha, the US special representative for Afghanistan Thomas West, with Amir Khan Muttaqi said that the US government is working on a mechanism based on which Afghan assets can be released.
