Former Jihadi Commander in Nuristan hand His weaponization to Police

KABUL (BNA) A former jihadi commander in Nuristan province surrendered his weaponization to security forces.

Haji Mohammad Usman had kept dozens of light and heavy weapons at his home in Wamai district of Nuristan since the Jihad.

He told the IAEA that he had handed over the weapons to security forces to help secure and stabilize his country

Mohammad yousuf jamalzai, the head of the Nuristan security forces thanked Usman commander for this action and, referring to the amnesty announced by the Islamic Emirate, called on everyone to lay down their weapons and take part in ensuring the security and reconstruction of their country.
