Farah City (BNA) In the Taliban group attack on security posts of Farah 517 highway, 10 armed rebels were killed and 5 others were wounded last night.
Mohammad Eqbal Baheer police spokesman of Farah told BNA, the attack was launched by armed insurgents on security posts in which 10 rebels including Mullah Lahl brother of Mullah Bari Taliban’s top commander was killed and 5 others were wounded.
According to the source, during the clash 3 police soldiers were also martyred and 2 others were wounded.
He added, Taliban have been forced to withdraw from the area and so far situation is normal.
