Kabul (BNA) President Hamid Karzai welcomes the announcement that the Coalition forces are prepared to pull out of the province of Maidan Wardak.
The decision for withdrawal follows repeated local complaints of harassment and annoyance by the American Special Forces, and a decision by the National Security Council as well as a Presidential order.
The pullout is set to begin with Nerkh district, where Afghan security forces will move in to provide security for the region.
