Kabul (BNA) Shadow governor of Taliban for Qarghayee district of Laghman province was arrested by national security forces.
According to national security press office to BNA, the officials of national security department in a special operation arrested Mowlavi Ismael shadow governor of Taliban for Qarghayee district along with his man while terrorist and destructive activities, planting mines and abduction of people in outskirts of Jalalabad city.
