KABUL (BNA): Zabihullah Mujahid, the spokesperson for the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, has announced new appointments in some provinces of the country.
According to a decree by the Supreme Leader of IEA, Mawlawi Ghausuddin Rahbar has been appointed as the governor of Farah, Haji Abdul Razzaq Rashid as the Police Chief of Balkh, and Mullah Abdul Zaher Madasar as the Police Chief of Nimroz province.
He also mentioned that Mullah Niamatullah Hassan has been appointed as the mayor of Herat, Mullah Hekmatullah as the mayor of Kandahar, and Hafiz Nour Ahmad Saeed as director of the Revenue Department of Kandahar province.
