CE Abdullah Meets ICC Members

Kabul (BNA) Chief Executive Dr. Abdullah Abdullah met with members of Afghanistan International Chamber of Commerce (ICCE) at his office on Saturday, his office said in a statement.
In the meeting, the ICC members thanked CE Abdullah of his cooperation and attention on solving their problems, the statement further said. They expressed that Afghanistan ICC would regularly hold meetings and is ready to serve the private and public sector, the statement added. A representative of Afghanistan women chamber of commerce and industries asked for his entity’s membership to private sector and council of ministers economic committees, the statement went on to say. After hearing Afghanistan ICC members’ talks, CE Abdullah said you have taken the practical steps, adding the ICC plays significant role to improve the economic situation and Afghanistan’s trust, the statement continued. Expressing his full support and cooperation with Afghanistan ICC, Dr. Abdullah said to the participants that your routine works would directly affect the people lives, the statement added. Pointing to brain drain, Dr. Abdullah said that people would be hopeful to their future when they see the Afghan traders and investors have invested inside the country. At the end, CE Dr. Abdullah agreed on membership of Afghanistan women chamber of commerce to private sector and council of minister economic committees and tasked the in-charges to pave the ground for participation of the entity’s representatives in upcoming meetings.
