Kabul (BNA) At least 67 armed oppositions were killed and 14 were wounded during Afghan National Security Forces (ANSF) operations in the past 24 hours in the country.
Ministry of Interior press office in statement reported BNA, the operations conducted in various parts of Helmand, Takhar, Kunduz, Zabul, Uruzgan, Logar, Paktia and Badghis provinces, in which 67 armed rebels were killed, 14 injured and a number of others were arrested following the operations.
Some heavy and light weapons, ammunitions and military equipment have been seized and confiscated during the operations by ANSF, statement added.
Also Afghan National Police ANP during their routine duties discovered and defused 18 rounds of mines, that recently placed by enemies of Afghanistan for destructive activities in different parts of the country.
