Khwaja Sardre Awalie Wali Shrine Needs Reconstruction

Kabul (BNA) The tomb of Khwaja Sadre Ulia Wali in Logar needs reconstruction.
This shrine is considered an historic monument of Afghanistan and it is located in Zurghoun Shahr of Mohammad Agha district, 50 km to the capital city Kabul.
According to the elders of the area it has 1000 years of back ground which has been built in the Sultan Mahmoud Ghaznavi era.
According to Mohammad Shafiq Popal head of the information and culture department of the province the structure of this shrine has attracted the attention of the archeologists and people from all parts of the country visit this shrine.
He added that this an historic asset of the country so there is need that it is reconstructed and repaired and preserved as a national identity of the country.
He noted that he has consulted the related authorities in this respect and it will be repaired.
