NUG Implements Order of Law On Retirement of Civil, Military Employees: Danesh

Kabul (BNA) In a meeting with deferent strata of people, Second Vice President, Sarwar Danesh said “To use the new capacities and rule of law, the National Unity Government (NUG) implements order of law on retirement of civil and military employees. Touching the firm intention of NUG on implementation of rule of law, the Second Vice President considered part of current problems in the government administrations due to inattention to legal obligation s, clarified that implementation of law on retirement of civil and military employees would pave the way for recruitment of youth in the government branches.
Calling creation of NUG as the head start of positive changes in the country, Danesh emphasize that this government is loyal to its commitments and tries to tackle the people priorities.
The elders of Malistan district, Ghazni province Sport Federation of Tabma, elders of Daikondi province and members of Hezb-e-Wahdat-e-Islami of Afghanistan teachers of national  center of legal teaching, youth council of Dare Turkman and a number of ANA officers in separate meetings with Second Vice President expressing their support and cooperation with the NUG discussed urgent people problems including expansion of education and attention to its quality, people access to medical services, security of insecure areas and main roads etc. as their essential needs. 
According to another report, a number of representatives of people in Lower House of Parliament in a meeting with Second Vice President, Sarwar Danesh exchanged views related to various issues.
In the meeting, representatives of people in Wolesi Jirga discussed on necessary steps in connection with holding Ashura ceremony, success of National Unity Government (NUG) and unity among officials of the government, asking for further cooperation of the government in this regard.
In return, Second Vice President stressed on unity among officials and members of NUG, saying that there has been now no key and unsolvable issue between them.
Second Vice President, Sarwar Danesh in his separate meeting yesterday with spokespersons of governors said serious reforms would be taken place in local administrations of the country’s all 34 provinces. In the meeting, the Second Vice President asserted that reforms in local administrations were more significant than reforms in central government, so the new government would adopt serious measures related to reforms in local administrations.
The Second Vice President also said role of spokespersons of governors was significant in connection with preaching brotherhood among the people of Afghanistan, institutionalizing the culture of speaking, preaching speech freedom and respecting to rights of citizens. In the meeting , governors’ two spokespersons representing others while congratulating the Second Vice President on office assumption enumerated their demands, saying lack of enough structure in media section of governors’ offices and lack of salaries and financial sources were key problems of the spokespersons.
