Kabul (BNA) President Hamid Karzai spoke by telephone with the father of the 9 year old boy martyred by the abductors.
This boy had been abducted one month earlier and later his body was recovered by the police who had been killed mercilessly.
Expressing his deep sympathy to Nuruzi the father of the martyred boy and said that the perpetrators of martyrdom of his son will be legally death with and justice will be done.
Following contract with the Herat Governor, President Karzai issued instruction to the Chief Justice and Acting Chairman of the Supreme Court Abdul Salam Azimi that the killers of this boy based on the enforced laws of the country should be punished with capital punishment.
It should be noted that the perpetrators of this case have been arrested by the Herat police and they have confessed to their crime.
