Kabul (BNA) Senate’s first deputy has praised a number of commanders of Kunduz and Faryab provinces for their bravery in fighting against terrorism.
In a session held on this occasion, Senate’s first deputy Mohammad Alam Ezedyar while praising the country’s security and defending forces for their sacrifices and heroism in defending territorial integrity, surpassing terrorists and maintaining security in the country asserted Senate has always supported the country’s security forces and would declare once again its support from the forces. Condemning terrorists’ crime in Kunduz, Ezedyar hoped that brave security forces of the country by getting combat and intelligence experiences in Kunduz could prevent from enemies plots in every part of the country. Meanwhile, all other senators praised the country’s security forces for their bravery and sacrifices granted Senate’s appreciation certificates and medals to former ANCOP commander in Kunduz and currently police chief of Badakhshan Brig. Gen. Ghulam Shakhi Ghafoori, former ANCOP brigade commander in Faryab and currently police chief of Faryab Sayed Agha Andarabi, joint special units for MoD Maj. Mohammad Khalid Amiri, showing bravery in clearing of Kunduz from presence of terrorists.
