Panjshir (BNA) A number of houses and more than 100 jiribs of agricultural lands were destroyed in heavy flash flood in Panjshir province yesterday.
Hashmatullah Bakhshi head of anti-disaster department of Panjshir said BNA, more than 100 jiribs of agricultural lands and several residential houses were destroyed in heavy flash flood and rains in the outskirts of Bazarak center of the province and approximately 40 livestock have been killed.
In the incident, fruit orchards were also damaged.
According to Bakhshi, a quantity of foodstuffs and blankets distributed to flood affected people in that province. T. Suraya-Yarzada
