ACAA Asked To Improve Flight Facilities

Kabul (BNA) President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani chaired a hearing meeting on Afghanistan Civil Aviation Independent Authority’s (ACAA) activity report here on Thursday, a presidential statement said.
At the outset ACAA director Mohamood Shah Habibi briefed the session on activities and future plans of the organization.
After hearing the report, ACAA was tasked to do more for capacity building and improving safety and standardization of the flights in the country, the statement said.
Meanwhile the session emphasized on ACAA’s efforts for technical capacity buildings, achieving the appropriate standards and implementation of practical plans for addressing the challenges before flights from Afghanistan to European countries, the statement added.
The authority was also tasked to work in coordination with Independent Civil Services Reforms Commission on finalization of work regulation of private and government companies, aiming to bring facilities during the flights, the statement concluded.
