Kabul (BNA) The existence of administrative corruption in Afghanistan is a bitter fact that challenges the rule of law, security of the country and if it not ended, there will be no hope for tranquility and stability in the country.
BNA expressing concern about the consequence of administrative in the country writes, recently the anti-corruption international day was marked. This event takes place, while administrative corruption has imposed a great challenge over security, rule of law and economic growth of Afghanistan and has become an issue of daily discussion among ordinary people. Many Afghans believe corruption alongside terrorism and extremism is an imported good to be deface to threat and formidable barrier on the route of good government, stability and public tranquility. The concerns about corruption is not limited the challenges mentioned above, but the donor countries have made their aids conditional to Afghanistan, to fight this epidemic disease as a big barrier to the end and pave the way for economic progress and restoring peace and stability in the country, otherwise they would avoid offering the aids, collected from their tax payers the political activist consider the reasons and incentives behind widespread administrative corruption in Afghanistan differently, some believe, foreign organizations are the main factors of widespread of corruption in the country, because, they received huge amount of money from donors for reconstruction, ensuring security, stability and public welfare spent it without any responsibility and accountability. Lack of proper monitoring from these organizations and their relevant projects led to wasting the funds that were granted for reconstruction, restoring peace, security and economic growth of Afghanistan. According to some others, political and ethnic inclinations bullying, ignoring the laws, low income of state officials are the major factors of widespread corruption in Afghanistan.
Anyway, what have been the factors for corruption it would be the duty of all Afghans and their foreign allies to join hands for eradication of this evil phenomenon, which is disastrous for the prosperity and wellbeing of Afghans, who are suffering more than three decades of imposed wars.
