Kabul (BNA) Three civilians have been martyred by Taliban militants in Balcheragh district, Faryab province this morning.
Mirwais Dawoudzai district governor of Belcheragh told BNA, armed oppositions shot dead three civilians in a guesthouse in Koliyan region of the district.
According to the source, two of the dead were brothers and another person was their relative.
Dawoudzai added, armed rebels after the incident fled from the site, and after hours a person has been arrested by police officials in connection of the case.
