PANJSHIR (BNA) Natural Disasters Management Department of Panjshir province distributed flour to 500 destitute families in a number of districts of the province.
Panjshir Natural Disasters Management Director Ahmad Zia Yazdani, talking to Bakhtar News Agency, said that those who received the assistance included families vulnerable to disasters, families of martyrs, and people with disabilities.
Each needy family received a bag of 50kg flour, he said.
Yazdani added that the program of flour distribution to another 500 destitute families would also start in Paryan district of Panjshir in the near future.
