Kabul (BNA) Mr. Nabi Farhi the administrative and tourism deputy ministry of information and culture recently inaugurated Qargha palace in the recreation site of Qargha Dam.
The hotel has been built on 6500 square meters of land with the cost of 2 million dollars by one of national trader which provides all facilities for tourists and the visitors.
According to BNA report in inauguration ceremony attended by some members of parliament, in charges of ministries and a number of merchants,
Mr. Farahi talking on the importance of tourism industry said, in the present world tourism considered as the greatest income source in a country.
He pointed out that tourism industry not only play a great role in economic growth of our country but has an effective role in introducing Afghan high culture which is of great importance.
The deputy minister of information and culture calling the inauguration of the hotel as an evident to encourage the national traders to invest in tourism sector which has an advantageous prospect in Afghanistan because the country enjoys of having the most ancient historical monuments and beautiful nature.
He added, the pleasant weather, delicious food and the hospitability of Afghan people will attract more tourists and this advantageous sector will enjoy further prosperity.
Our country due its pleasant weather and old civilization can attracts tourists in fourth seasons of the year therefore; the state and the investors should pay serious attention to the prosperity of this sector in the country.
The deputy minister of information and culture expressing gratitude for the initiative of Mirza Ali Zadran for building the hotel said, it would encourage other merchants to invest in tourism sector which will bring both cultural and financially benefits.
In the inaugural ceremony Mr. Zadran talking on the importance of investment in development of economy in the country said, this is we who can build the country and we should not wait the others to come and build our country.
He also asked the other national traders to play their role in reconstruction of the country and instead of investing abroad invest inside their own country and gain both moral and financial benefits.
