Kabul (BNA) Three people including an Afghan National Army soldier were wounded following a mine blast occurred at local time 9:00 am this morning in capital Kabul city.
Col. Ahmad Fawad Shahee director of 9th security police zone said BNA reporter, the incident took place after a mine placed in an ANA vehicle type of Ranger and exploded close to Ministry of Defense in limits of 9th precinct of Kabul city.
