Kabul (BNA) At least 12 armed oppositions were detained through the military operation of Afghan security forces in Jawzjan province last night.
Gen. Rahmatullah Turkistani police in-charge of Jawzjan told BNA, the armed insurgents were busy on their hideout for organizing terror attack targeted by Afghan security forces and detained along with some weapons and explosives materials.
It has been said, there were no casualties among civilians and militaries in the operation.
According to another report, in the recent confrontation 3 armed insurgents were killed and 6 others were wounded.
The insurgents were targeted while planting mine on Shoberghan high ways.
