
KABUL (BNA): The spokesman of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, Zabiullah Mujahid said in a statement, that according to the decree of Amir-al-Muminin, the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Emirate, new appointments have been made in several provinces.
Based on this decree, Mawlavi Abdul Ali Qadratullah, the former governor of Logar, was appointed as the governor of Parwan province, Mawlavi Zia-ur -Rahman Madani, the former governor of Takhar, as the governor of Logar province, Mawlavi Obaidullah Aminzada, the former governor of Parwan as the governor of Takhar province, Haji Mohammad Osman, former governor of Kunar as the police chief of Kapisa province, Mullah Sirajuddin, former police chief of Jawzjan province as police chief of Faryab province, Samiullah Farahmand, former chief of the Council of Ulema of Kunduz Province as the Chairman of the Kunduz Zone Military Court, and Sheikh Abdul Waris, the former head of Kunduz Zone Military Court was appointed as the Chairman of the Balkh Zone Military Court.
