Kabul (BNA) The Afghan National Security Forces killed five armed militants in several provinces of the country yesterday.
Interior ministry press office said BNA, the ANSF conducting several operations in the outskirts of Baghlan, Herat, Helmand, Farah, Urozgan, Kandahar, Badakhshan and Sar-e-Pul provinces killed five militants and arrested 8 others.
Numerous of weapons were seized in the operations.
Likewise, the national police forces discovered and confiscated 10 mines from relevant areas of Kkandahar, Takhar and Balkh provinces.
