Taliban Sustained Heavy Casualties When They Attack Voting Centers

Farah (BNA) Eight armed Taliban were killed and nine others wounded when they attacked several voting centers in Farah province yesterday.
In the incident three public order policemen were also lost their lives.
A clash started when tens of armed Taliban attacked on voting centers in Ganjabad region, Balabalok district.
A security official of Farah told BNA, eight armed Taliban were killed and nine others wounded in the clash.
He confirming killing of three public order policemen said, the policemen were killed when they tried to prevent the attackers to the voting centers.
The clash continued for one hour, after ending the clash, the people went to voting centers without any fear.  T. Suraya-Yarzada
