Pul-e-Khomri (BNA) Four people were arrested on charges of smuggling narcotic drugs in Baghlan province.
Colonel Nezamuddin Nezam director of the counter narcotic of Baghlan told BNA, the smugglers wanted to smuggle 3 kgs of opium from Andarabha to Kabul, were arrested by police in Mal Khan Region, Khenjan district.
