Kabul (BNA) It is due to be Moscow the host of a meeting of the representatives of Taliban and Afghan politicians.
BNA political affairs analyst commenting on the issue writes the Russian foreign ministry planned to conduct a meeting with participation of Taliban representatives and Afghan politicians on February fifth in Moscow, but the representatives of Afghan government have not invited to the session.
Moscow session planned exactly in time that Islamic Republic of Afghanistan is trying for conducting an effective inter – Afghan political gathering and ask the influential countries in Afghan problem to play their role in promoting in the process.
Unfortunately the rivalries and competition of foreign countries severely affected the idea,
The idea of launching a session between Taliban and Afghan political parties, for the first time raised by Taliban, then Islamic Party under the leadership of Gulbuddin Hekmayar proposed a tripartite meeting among the representatives of Afghan government, Taliban and big political parties. But now the initiative of Russia for holding a meeting between influential politicians and Taliban has much close relations with Taliban’s draft.
In Moscow sessions which will be held after four days mostly the political and military adversaries of stare are attending. The will talk about their own interests and objectives, while Islamic Republic of Afghanistan based on constitution has plan and programs for peace and future policy of the country that should be considered.
On the other hand Moscow session has planned exactly for a time that the representative of Taliban and America ended another round of their talks in Doha the capital of Qatar. Both sides expressed pleasure from the results.
Doha session mostly focused on the interests of countries had relation with Taliban since the group’s establishment until now. While the other players in Afghan problem, particularly Russia, China, Iran and others cannot see their interests in Doha negotiations. For this reason the special envoy of Russian president for Afghanistan made a hurried visit to Islamabad the main sanctuary of Taliban in the region. After talks with Pakistani authorities, the session of Moscow between Taliban and Afghan politicians planned. This indicates that Russia is not pleased from Americans acts and does not want to lose Taliban easily or be in the merging in Afghan issue.
Russia as member of international community should know and perform its international obligation and in its world relations observe the rights of others.
Russia officially recognizes Islamic Republic of Afghanistan as a legitimate representative of Afghan people, then why Moscow does not observe its obligations regarding to Afghan state?
The problem is this that Moscow like America has been seduced by Islamabad.
Islamabad played a good role in introducing Taliban to Russia and finally obtains privilege from America and established relation between Moscow and Taliban and again brought Taliban to negotiation table. This clearly indicates that Pakistan has seduced two big powers and takes benefit from its games.
Moscow in concern about terrorism, narcotic drags and some other issue in Afghanistan and knows that where is the problem and listens to Pakistan’s instructions, while close relation of Russia with Afghanistan and agreement with this country can reduce the problems.
