President Karzai Slams Mine Explosion On Civilians’ Vehicle In Kandahar

Kabul (BNA) Hamid Karzai, President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan has strongly condemned mine explosion causing seven civilians martyred including a child and a woman in Kandahar.
According to Kandahar governor office, a civilians’ vehicle struck yesterday a roadside mine planted by enemies of people in Kandahar Panjwayee district martyring seven people including a child and a woman. President Hamid Karzai while strongly condemning the explosion said, “Instead of violence and shedding bloods of humans in holy month of Ramadan, which is the month of worshiping, kindness and donation to needed people, they should be helped not killing of innocent people.” President Karzai called this brutal act of the enemies of Afghanistan people against all instructions of Islam, calling the perpetrators as enemies of Islam. The President was deeply saddened over killing of civilians in the explosion, offering his deep sympathy and condolences to the martyred family and wishing them patience.
