JALALABAD (BNA) Nangarhar security forces have discovered dozens of munitions in a joint special operation, during straight past days.
Three days operation has been launched around the downtown city of Jalalabad.
The Nangarhar police source told BNA that dozens of soldiers from Abdullah bin Massoud’s brigade of Khalid bin Waleed’s army, intelligence and police were shared the jointly three days operation.
During the operation, 80 light weapons, dozens of ammunitions, including bullets of light and heavy weapons, cameras and military equipment such as military uniforms were seized.
This military operation has been launched with the aim of providing better security and stability to the people, and it continues.
The citizens of Nangarhar welcomed the action of the Islamic Emirate to collect weapons and try to ensure the security of the people, and they have promised cooperation with the security forces in these operations.
