Jalalabad (BNA) Armed oppositions attack on Nangarhar airport killed a civilian.
The attack was launched by Taliban militants on Nangarhar airport last night.
Ahmad Zeya Abdulzai spokesman of Nangarhar governor told BNA, the attack which was continued one hour, conducted from south of the airport by armed rebels.
Abdulzai said, a civilian was killed and armed oppositions sustained heavy casualties following the incident, but, the exact number is not clear.
According to the sources, there were no casualties among Afghan security forces.
