Kabul (BNA) The memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed in presence of Information and Culture Minister Dr. Sayed Makhdoom Raheen between the deputy minister for youth affairs of the minister Temur Shah Ishaqzai and Qazi Abdul Basir Khadang chairman of the Amir Ali Shir Nawaie for provision of 30 discounts for the youth’s education fees.
According to this (MoU) the institution will enroll 500 youth from Jawzjan with 30% discount and 10 other youth free of charge at the engineering, economy, and computer science and law faculties. Dr. Raheen before the signature of this (MoU) said it is a pleasure that through the deputy minister office for youth the ground is prepared for education of the youth with 30% of discount for their fees.
He expressed the hope that other higher education institutions too in other provinces facilitate the education of youth with discount in payment of the fees.
According to Ishaqzai during the current year 22,500 youth including the boys and girls have found the chance to enroll in center and provinces with discount fees of between 30 to 40% in private higher education institution.
According to him last year around 24,000 youths were also introduced by this ministry to other higher education organizations.
