Kabul (BNA) An explosion prevented in Gulran district of Herat province.
A remote control mine was placed by armed oppositions for targeting civilians and military vehicles discovered and defused by public order brigade forces closed to Ghulam Faroq mosque, Sangar village, Gulran district of Herat province.
A local official says armed oppositions are responsible for planting mines and security forces are hunting for the culprits of the incident.
