Kabul (BNA) A senior commander of Taliban was arrested during an operation carried out by Afghan and NATO forces in Nangarhar province.
The identity of the commander had yet not known.
He was arrested along with his 3 men from his hideout in the vicinity of Khogyni district.
BNA quoting NATO reports said, the commander was responsible for most terrorist attacks in Khogyani district.
NATO said the commander was responsible for organizing bomb attacks and planting mines.
