Kabul (BNA) Foreign Minister Dr. Zalmai Rasoul has dispatches a message to his Chinese counterpart expressing regret over the material and human losses due to recent rains in that country.
The message note that we were informed with regret that as a result of recent rains and storms human and materials were sustained in the capital city of that country.
While we are sharing the pain of the victims, I would like to convey my deeply sympathies to your Excellency and through you to the families of the victims of this painful incident, the message adds.
