Kabul (BNA) Chaired by Hamid Karzai, president of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, judicial session was held to discuss related to the draft of Bilateral Security Agreement (BSA).
The session which was held at presidential palace yesterday the participants reviewed articles of the draft.
After reviewing the draft of BSA, the session decided that judicial organs of the country should continue their work on the draft and prepare their views and suggestions in few days according to national interest of Afghanistan.
The session was attended by chief justice and acting for Supreme Court Prof. Abdul Salam Azimi, chairman of independent commission for overseeing the implementation of constitution Gul Rahman Qazi, deputy minister of justice, minister of defense and a number of government officials.
